Your new role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company to next level. The CEO will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth, increase profitability, and enhance the brand reputation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a leadership role in the luxury goods industry, and possess excellent communication, strategic planning, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, increase profitability, and enhance brand reputation
• Lead and manage a team of executives, including the heads of sales, marketing, operations, and finance
• Ensure the company operates efficiently and effectively, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to drive business growth and enhance the company's reputation
• Identify new market opportunities and develop and execute plans to enter new markets and expand the company's product offerings
• Develop and implement effective marketing and branding strategies to drive sales and enhance the company's brand reputation
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape, and adjust strategies as needed to stay ahead of the competition
• Ensure the company operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
• Report regularly to the Board of Directors on the company's performance, financial results, and strategic plans

What you need to succeed
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in a leadership role in the luxury goods industry
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic plans that drive growth, increase profitability, and enhance brand reputation
• Strong understanding of the luxury goods market, including customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
