Your new role- Handle customers’ enquiries through various inbound channels, such as phone and email.
- Resolve customer complaints and complex cases
- Provide professional insurance-related information effectively
- Documenting customers’ enquiries systematically is required
What you'll need to succeed- Candidates who have IIQE Paper 1 and 3 would be a plus
- Over 1 year customer service/ call centre experience
- Knowledge of call centre operation workflow & procedures
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills, attentive to details
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
