As Senior Sales & Marketing officer, you will be expecting to liaise with property agencies, monitor and analyse market data / news, preparation of sales documents i.e. price list, sales strategy, payment details, PR, media work, client facing.

- At least 2 years’ experience in developer on new development sales or marketing
- Sales personality i.e. Pro-Active, Persuasive, Aggressive
- Ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree is a must
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
