My client is one of the leading insurance companies in Hong Kong. They are seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for their premium office.

This 12-month contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys multitasking.


Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Meeting room arrangements
- Handle mail, packages, and other correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and welcoming.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks and projects as assigned.


Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
