What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of three years’ experience in a research role, preferably within banking or financial services.
• A strong track record of delivering high‑quality business and investment‑banking‑focused research.
• Hands‑on expertise with leading research platforms including LSEG, Dealogic, WIND, ISI, and Factiva, alongside strong Excel capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• A solid bachelor’s degree or equivalent; qualifications in information or research‑related disciplines are an advantage.
• Good awareness of China‑focused research resources, key government bodies, and industry associations.
• Confidence in leveraging AI and LLM‑powered research tools to enhance efficiency and insight.
• Sound judgement in evaluating data accuracy, source credibility, and information reliability.
