Your new company
You will report directly to the founder of the company. As the Marketing Manager of the platform, you will focus on maximising platform's brand awareness and drive traffic through effective digital marketing strategies. This role will lead a team to review the Company’s digital presence, propose strategic plan to drive customers and clients’ acquisition, engage relationship and ultimately optimize digital performance for the Company.
Your new role
- Be responsible and develop digital marketing strategies to leverage company's digital presence
- Manage a team of executives to drive digital performance across Social Media, SEO, Email, Display, CRM and etc
- Target to extend the brand in both local and global markets, extend the market footprints across regions
- Define and develop go-to-market strategies with measurable and sustainable metrics for success
- Work as a guardian to ensure consistency of message across all digital and social platforms with the optimisation of cross-functional activity to deliver commercial results
- Work closely with agency partners to standardise the approach to digital marketing deliverables
What you'll need to succeed
- University Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, Business Administration or related disciplines
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, data analytics, brand marketing
- Strong in planning and executing marketing strategies with solid local and regional markets
- Experiences in digital / advertising agencies / Online Travel Agency would be a must
- Strong communication skill and stakeholder management - internal and external
- Strong team management skills with strong business acumen and skill of data analysis
