• Be responsible and develop digital marketing strategies to leverage company's digital presence
• Manage a team of executives to drive digital performance across Social Media, SEO, Email, Display, CRM and etc
• Target to extend the brand in both local and global markets, extend the market footprints across regions
• Define and develop go-to-market strategies with measurable and sustainable metrics for success
• Work as a guardian to ensure consistency of message across all digital and social platforms with the optimisation of cross-functional activity to deliver commercial results
• Work closely with agency partners to standardise the approach to digital marketing deliverables

What you'll need to succeed

• University Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, data analytics, brand marketing
• Strong in planning and executing marketing strategies with solid local and regional markets
• Experiences in digital / advertising agencies / Online Travel Agency would be a must
• Strong communication skill and stakeholder management - internal and external
• Strong team management skills with strong business acumen and skill of data analysis
