Your new role
You will be in-charge of leading the branding strategies and action plan for 3 markets' growth (HK, TW, MO)
To identify and target the right consumer for the brand positioning, lead and drive the marketing team to maximise the brand effort through digital marketing, e-commerce, product marketing, CRM, business insight and analyses etc.
You will directly report to the Head of Marketing and the CEO of APAC for business alignment and brand direction.
You will focus on customer acquisition and retention, identify brand's edge and expand market shares in the 3 regions.
Closely monitor and manage digital efforts to ensure all are optimally delivering on objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing and other disciplines.
7+ years of branding experience with global consumer brands, particularly with Food & Beverage/premium/luxury brands
Experienced in leading a team to drive results and carry on multiple marketing strategies in all aspects .
Progressive experience in Digital Strategy, branding, product marketing and CRM
Excellent verbal & written communication skills – must be able to translate complex concepts to upper management
Strategic – demonstrated ability to understand broad and specific business goals, and bridge them with your specific area of responsibility
