Your new role
- Achieve preset sales targets (Individual & Team targets), accounts management and project implementation
- Prepare quotations, proposals, sales forecasts and exchange business correspondence with customers, collect and report market information and intelligence
- Coach subordinates and active collaboration with various teams for different initiatives and projects
- Maintain good after-sales service and customer engagement
- Help implement marketing plans / new product launch plans and assistance in sales management and key project management
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 3 years selling experience in the diagnostic field
- Proficient knowledge of clinical laboratory workflow
