Our client specialises in cross-border logistics and has 20 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce shipping.

Your new role
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our major sales accounts across multiple communication channels.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  • Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for customers and internal colleagues.
  • Foster and maintain strong business relationships with customers and colleagues by consistently delivering excellent service.
  • Support the delivery of service and product training to customers as required.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, offering training and support.
  • Assist junior team members in handling complex cases.
  • Fulfil additional customer service duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in the e-commerce or logistics industries.
  • Customerfocused on excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Fast and accurate Chinese typing skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
  • Ability to work effectively with various IT systems.
  • Proactive and a team player with a hands-on and friendly personality.
