Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Business Officer to join our executive team. This new headcount is crucial for our growth and will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage four key teams: Projects and campaigns, Digital Products, Deposit and Payment, and Wealth Management.
  • Focus primarily on deposit and wealth management, including stock trading, to drive the firm's expansion in these areas.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business performance and achieve organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with other C-level executives to ensure alignment and execution of business strategies.
  • Lead and mentor team leaders to foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong expertise in deposit and wealth management, particularly in stock trading.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and drive business growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
