Our client is a top tier bank that is currently hiring for VP, Syndicated Finance professional to help their business in Hong Kong

Your new role

• Provide tailored and customised solutions in relation to loan syndication financing for corporate and institutions clients
• Conduct syndication loan origination and distribution on primary basis
• Prepare pitching materials, financing or advisory proposals;
• Liaise with lawyers on closing and execution of loan transactions

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in syndicated / structured finance within a sizable corporate bank
• Experience in deal origination and execution
• Bachelors Degree
• Strong financial analysis skills and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese is a must
