We are partnering with an international bank. They are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their dynamic team to establish and drive all their HR strategic initiatives.
Your new role
- Act as strategic and trusted HR business partner by providing HR advice and support
- Partner with leadership to roll out all key people process (performance management, compensation, development programs, etc.)
- Implement HR policies within areas of responsibility and demonstrate understanding of business priorities and opportunities for HR contribution
- Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, career development, employee relations, investigations
- Manage a diverse set of HR projects and initiatives
- Serve as an advocate and coach for building a diverse and inclusive environment
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 10 years Human Resources experience preferably gained in Banking / Insurance industry
- Multi-tasked, resourceful and strong prioritization skill
- Ability to engage stakeholders at senior level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, able to work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English
