We are partnering with an international bank. They are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their dynamic team to establish and drive all their HR strategic initiatives.

Your new role

• Act as strategic and trusted HR business partner by providing HR advice and support
• Partner with leadership to roll out all key people process (performance management, compensation, development programs, etc.)
• Implement HR policies within areas of responsibility and demonstrate understanding of business priorities and opportunities for HR contribution
• Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, career development, employee relations, investigations
• Manage a diverse set of HR projects and initiatives
• Serve as an advocate and coach for building a diverse and inclusive environment

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 10 years Human Resources experience preferably gained in Banking / Insurance industry
• Multi-tasked, resourceful and strong prioritization skill
• Ability to engage stakeholders at senior level
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English
