They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vice President of Business Management to join their esteemed organisation. As the VP of Business Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving process enhancement projects related to the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and collaborate with the Front Office and Internal Teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment in order to achieve strategic business objectives.

Your new role

• Act as the main liaison between the Front Office and Internal Teams, facilitating effective communication, collaboration, and coordination.
• Drive process enhancement projects related to the KYC process, focusing on streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions in line with business objectives.
• Generate insightful reports and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology, to ensure seamless integration of processes and systems.
• Work closely with the Front Office to identify revenue generation opportunities and develop strategies to maximise business growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of working experiences, with proven experience in business management, strategic planning, and project management within the private banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of the KYC process and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organisation.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
