We are partnering with an international bank. They are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team to establish and drive all their HR strategic initiatives.
Your new role
- Partner with business stakeholders and HRBP to develop and implement practices and programmes with the objective of fostering positive employee relations
- Plan, develop and organize employee relations practices, including staff communication, staff engagement strategies, in order to foster a positive and inclusive workplace to attract and retain talent
- Drive design and implementation of Employee Engagement survey, working closely with vendor to provide direction and manage project deliverables
- Ensure that the strategies and decisions of the Bank are fair and inclusive for all employees
- Assist management with the execution of compliance programs and audits
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 8-10 years Human Resources experience preferably gained in Banking / Financial Institution
- Multi-tasked, resourceful and strong prioritization skill
- Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, legal or compliance background is preferred
- Ability to engage stakeholders at senior level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, able to work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English
