We are partnering with an international financial institution, and they are looking for an C&B expertise.
Your new role
- Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive compensation and benefits program that aligns with our business strategy and supports our overall talent management objectives
- Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure that our compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and relevant
- Manage the administration of our benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure that employees understand and appreciate the value of our compensation and benefits programs
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify and resolve compensation and benefits issues, and ensure that our programs are aligned with business goals and objectives
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to design and implement innovative and cost-effective programs that meet our needs and align with our culture and values
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years' experience in C&B and payroll function
- Well-versed in HK labour laws; related legislations and its practice
- Exceptional communications skills in Cantonese and English
- Proactive and energetic
- Smart and presentable with strong business acumen
