Your new company
Leading international insurer now is looking for Life underwriting manager to join their team.
Your new role
- Leading an underwriting team in handling underwriting assessment and provide excellence service to sales channels
- Lead and monitor the team performance to ensure service level agreement is in standard quality
- Provide high quality underwriting service with effective communications for sales channels
- Conduct risk assessment on case underwriting with the guideline
- Review suggested cases from junior underwriters and provide coaching to them for staff development.
- Support in relevant projects and implement underwriting initiatives or campaigns.
- Preform data analysis and prepare reports for performance monitoring.
What you'll need to succeed
- University Degree in any disciplines
- Over 7 years underwriting experience in life insurance underwriting, with 4 years in supervisory role.
- Professional qualification in Life Insurance including FLMI/ ICA would be considered
- Good command of English and Cantonese, fluent Putonghua will be an advantage
- Good in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
