Due to organisational growth and further expansion, a role has been created for a testing team lead.
Your new role
- Build-up software automation testing environment and execute related software tests, and report problems via the defect tracking system
- Manage a team of testing analysts on the execution of testing process
- Create software test plans, incorporating core system and external interfaces/systems
- Work closely with software development teams during the software development process
- Participate in related project meetings throughout the development and test process to help guide the delivery of a quality product
- Monitor and report on testing progress and results and communicate testing status to project stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree holder in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5+ years’ relevant experience, preferably gained from financial or insurance industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading successful team of 5 to 6 Testing Specialist;
- Credits will be given to candidates who have experience in operations and user acceptance test planning in insurance industry, preferably in core life administration system testing
