We are partnering with an international bank. They are looking for a Team Lead of Talent Management and Training to join their dynamic team.
Your new role
- To drive bank wide talent management and career management initiatives such as internal mobility, exposure for talent for future-proof work force in hybrid working environment leveraging AI platforms
- To design and implement Talent Management programmes and initiatives
- To drive HIPO review and development, succession planning, strategic workforce planning, performance & development, culture, employee engagement and development
- To implement training policies and deliver the appropriate learning solutions
- To lead the Hong Kong L&D team to map out learning needs at different levels and to liaise with management, BU/SU Heads and Group Head of L&D in formulating training initiatives
- To drive and lead a variety of bank-wide learning initiatives and BUs/SUs specific projects (e.g. Learning Roadmaps implementation)
- To keep abreast of new development in the statutory obligations of the Bank
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 15 years of experience in Talent Management / Learning and Development preferably in Banking / Financial Services. Experience in people management is an advantage. You will be a team lead and master your strong problem-solving and communication skills. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
