A Regional Corporate Bank is seeking a FX/MM Settlement Team Head to lead its team

We are seeking a FX/MM Settlement Team Head to join a regional corporate bank.

Your new role
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the FX/MM settlement team, ensuring timely and accurate settlement of all FX and MM transactions
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless execution of FX and MM transactions
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
  • Monitor and manage settlement and liquidity risk
  • Analyze and report on settlement data to senior management
  • Provide guidance and support to team members
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in FX/MM settlement
  • Strong knowledge of FX and MM products and settlement processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with other departments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
