Our client is one of the top tier foreign banks operating in Hong Kong. Due to steady growth, they are currently seeking for a Team Head, Relationship Manager to cover Greater China Commodities clients.
Your new role
- Manage and develop a portfolio of Greater China Trade and Commodities finance clients
- Cross-sell range of products loans, trade finance, cash management, DCM, ECM , M&A and treasury products
- Review balance sheets and financial statements to structured credit memos tailored to clients' specific needs
- Structured trade finance solutions to customise specific client needs
- Partner with product partners and internal departments to support to efficient processing of transactions
- Conduct training and development to junior staff and participate in senior regional calls to ensure the strategy is aligned with the business vision
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelors degree in Business / Finance / Economics
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Greater China trade and commodities clients experience
- Candidate without commodities but with China Corporates are also welcomed
- Ideally you will have previous experience in managing a small team
- Due to client language requirements, you must be fluent in English and Mandarin
- Strong financial analysis and Credit skills and the ability to structure credit applications for approval
