Your new role
- Responsible in handling meeting coordination, travel arrangement, inter- departmental logistics support
- Support teams’ projects on finance record, data maintenance, reporting and procurement
- Provide general administrative support to the VP and team
- Schedule complex meetings and phone/video conference calls
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Provide general administrative support including time entry, copying, scanning, archiving
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience in administrative support in the financial services industry
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Great computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
