We are partnering with a Chinese Asset Management Company and they are looking for TA Specialist.
Your new role
This position reports into the Human Resources Manager. Your responsibilities will include
- Act as a recruitment manager focus on experienced hire of different business line
- Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process, provide a full range of recruitment support and administrative services
- Establish recruitment strategies to attract and manage talent pools via multiple sourcing channels
- Working closely with hiring managers/ hiring department, provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends
- Manage and work with recruitment agencies for specialist and secondment placements
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in sizable financial institutions Familiar with candidate assessments, hiring intelligence and technology application
- Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
