Your new role

• Responsible for manage, plan and schedule system enhancement, testing and implementation
• Gathering user requirements, contact with different parties including staff from BPI team, end-user, technical staff and vendors
• Handle the enhancement tasks, prepare documentation at different stages of system development cycle
• To analyze requirements on system enhancement and provide detailed system design specifications and program design specifications
• Work closely with end-users to conduct User Acceptance Test and ensure on-time project delivery
• To coach and review the work and monitor progress in the team
• Handle ad-hoc assignment as required

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder in Information Technology / Computer Science or related discipline
• Pension experience is a must
• At least 10 years relevant experience as System Analyst or similar capacity
  • Familiar with VB.Net, Access; Progress 4GL, screen and reports in any languages
• Experience in database such as SQL Server or Progress
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Analyst Programmer
