- Administer IT infrastructure and carry out day-to-day IT operations, e.g. IT facilities management, server farm management, network equipment operations, end-user support, IT hardware/software procurement, etc.
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects, collaborate with vendors and suppliers
- Assist team leaders to manage the regional hybrid-cloud infrastructure, such as architecture design, capacity planning, system enhancements and upgrade, etc.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in IT industry, with proven experience in system administrator role
- MCP/ MCSE/CCNA or other relevant qualification is an advantage
- Experience in F&B, retail or manufacturing environment is preferable
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
