Syndicated Finance, Product Manager, Leading Commercial Bank
You New Company My client is a leading commercial bank in Hong Kong, seeking an experienced Syndicated Finance product manager to join their product team and develop more innovative solutions to corporate clients.

You New Role

• Provide syndicated loan financing solutions to corporate clients, including arranging, structuring, and distributing syndicated loans
• Provide corporate advisory services, including M&A advisory, debt restructuring, and capital raising
• Develop and maintain client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Participate in credit assessment and risk management processes to ensure that the bank's risk exposure is within acceptable limits
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as credit and legal teams, to ensure that client transactions are executed efficiently and effectively

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in related fields or in relationship management
• Strong knowledge of syndicated loan financing solutions and corporate advisory services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients
• Sound credit assessment and risk management skills
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CFA, CPA) would be an advantage
