A UK-based professional services firm with over 1200 employees in 9 offices around the globe. They provide private equity funds, hedge funds, investment management, and management consulting firms with industry expert knowledge and investment decisions. Their survey team in Hong Kong is rapidly growing and is expanding their team.

Your new role
As a Survey Manager, you would be responsible for:

• Project Management - understanding client's survey needs and ensure delivery of results with client timelines
• Business Development - identify high potential client opportunities to pitch the product
• Respondent Recruitment - develop new strategies to recruit high number of respondents
• Survey Programming - Code and test client survey requests

What you'll need to succeed

• 1.5-3 years of work experience in market research, consulting or expert network
• Bachelor's Degree with strong academic credentials
• Native in English is a MUST, fluency in another Asian language is a plus (Mandarin, Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese or Hindi)
• Excellent with client services and KPI
• Strong leadership skills equipped with entrepreneurial mindset, logical reasoning and strong operational thinking
• Experience with at at least one survey coding platform is a plus (Qualtrics, Decipher, Confirmit, etc)
