Our client is a global leading fitness and gym machine manufacturer, known for fostering an active lifestyle through innovative products and services. They are currently seeking a motivated Order Fulfilment Administrator to enhance our Supply Chain operations.
Your new role
- Handle order entry, data processing, and administration of orders from distributors in the EMEA region.
- Act as a liaison between distributors and various departments within the office.
- Process orders and proactively follow up to deliver exceptional service.
- Align delivery times and check order approval with sales and finance teams.
- Manage order status reports and update stock availability lists.
- Assist in the creation and preparation of shipping documents.
- Address and resolve customer-related issues with a customer-focused approach.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management operations, preferably in a manufacturing/machine position.
- Experience in high-volume order fulfilment, understanding operations and logistics processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and analytics.
- Immediately Available will be preferred
