A global leading pharmaceutical company, offices across the globe. They're currently in the market looking for a new Customer Supply Chain Planner.
Your new role
- Manage the whole order planning process to support sales demand
- Drive and implement continuous improvement plans and strategies
- Align the whole process with internal stakeholders, distributors etc. on the planning procedures and policies
- Coordinate inventory management
- Coordinate with distributor to maintain optimal inventory levels and achieve KPIs
- Monitor performance through metrics
- Drive S&OP processes for each BU and sales team
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years experience working within Supply Chain and Logistics
- Must have pharmaceutical experience
- Have a clear understanding of customer requirements
- Strong technical knowledge including complex products
- Strong computer skills are a must, Excel, SAP etc.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels and within team environments
