Your new role

You will assist to formulate and perform daily execution of collection strategies and handle debt recovery for the designated accounts through cash/ assets recovery, debt restructuring and security enforcement. Also, you are responsible to sustain positive working relationship with key internal customers to enhance recoverability of problem loans and maximise debt recovery for the designated accounts including cash/ assets recovery, debt restructuring, security enforcement, obtaining additional securities etc. In addition, you will liaise with solicitors and collection agents on problem loans management, as well as to supervise and execute the repossession and sale of collaterals.

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree major in Finance / Accounting / Business, Auditing background preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of functional risk experience in the areas of Collection/ Credit / Risk Management / Customer Service / Retail and Business Banking / Commercial and Corporate Banking.
• With legal case handling experience is preferable.
• Knowledge in Bank's operation process and systems are preferable.
