You will be joining a foreign top-tier bank which covered a comprehensive banking service, including retail, commercial, corporate, investment and so on. The division of labour is clear and with large internal mobility.
Your new role
- Engage the Business and Support units & external parties to discuss and formulate NPL recovery plan and exit strategies for vulnerable accounts
- Handle debt recovery for the designated accounts through cash/ assets recovery, debt restructuring and security enforcement
- Liaise with solicitors and collection agents on problem loans management
- Monitor the output quality from team members to ensure their compliance with the regulatory requirements and provide timely coaching to team members
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in bank, credit or related field
- Professional Qualification of Certified Credit Risk Management Professional (Credit Portfolio Management) is preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
