Our client is a renowned organization in the financial sector undergoing a major transformation project. They are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of solutions for the re-platforming of their core banking supervision systems. You will have the opportunity to lead a transformative project in a high-profile organization with exposure to advanced technologies and industry best practices in financial systems architecture.
Your new role
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and design innovative solutions that address organizational needs.
- Lead the modernization of core banking supervision systems, including system integration and data migration.
- Develop high-level architecture designs that align with industry regulations, security standards, and emerging trends in financial technology.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and technical specifications.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies that impact banking supervision
What you'll need to succeed
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in solution design, IT architecture, and implementation.
- Expertise in cloud platforms
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and communication skills
