Your New Role
- Supporting and providing advices on the Group’s strategic projects
- Advising on legal and regulatory issues arising from daily operation
- Reviewing related contracts, and drafting, reviewing and advising on rule amendments
- Undertaking a mix of typical in-house functions
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- HK qualified lawyer with 12+ years PQE focusing on or exposed to financial services or regulatory matters
- Experience in digital assets, advising on the Securities and Futures Ordinance and financial regulations in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions are preferred
- Experience gained from international law firms
- Excellent command of English and Chinese with good communication skills and commercial sense
