Your new role

• Design and enhance insurance or health care mobile applications and website interface
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions
• Prepare finalized visual elements from wireframes, workflows, design mock-ups and prototypes
• Coach, mentor, and over other subordinate members in the UX team
• Strong stakeholders management and time management
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas and solutions to stakeholders
• Work closely other UX designers and Engineering team to produce quality design
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design, Digital media or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI Design

• Strong Portfolio
• Strong client facing skills, confident in your ability to speak in public and convincing others
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop , illustrator, Adobe xd, Sketch or other related tools
• Experience contributing to design systems including component design, documentation a plus
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Immediately available is preferred
