This role requires a Senior UX Research Role at an insurance company.
Your new role
- manage and run all forms of requirement gathering, user research, UX workshop, customer interview, usability testing, focus group etc.
- facilitate the product vision by researching, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products
- design experiences through human-centred-design
- ensure that research findings and insights are translated into actionable product goals and direction and sharing insights with stakeholders
- create wireframes (from sketches to high-fidelity ones)
- translate concepts into user flows & wireframes
- create rapid prototypes to validate design concepts with stakeholders and customers
- run workshops and other group activities
- Contributing to on-going enhancement of customer experience and user experience methodologies
- stay abreast of UX and technology trends and look for inspiration
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as a User Researcher, interaction designer or similar roles
- native Cantonese speaker with strong local cultural understanding. Fluent and comfortable in English
- experienced in user research, prototyping and user testing methodologies
- understand Agile / iterative project management methodologies
- able to handle a Mac and the usual tools (Adobe, Sketch)
- be a self-motivated and resilient team player driving collaboration
- with strong sense of personal accountability
