Our client is looking for a Senior / Sales Executive in the Lift & Escalator industry to expand the modernization team.

Your new role
Establish and develop good relationship with customers including Developer, Property Owner, Property Management Company etc.

1. Perform site visit and prepare cost estimation of proposal
2. Prepare proposal with solutions catering customer’s request and follow up with the customer
3. Drive profitable growth that meet with management’s target
4. Collect market information for management in formulating sales strategy
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by coordination actions with project team to enable that we deliver to our promise.

What you'll need to succeed
Degree holder in business, marketing, engineering, building services or other relevant disciplines

1. At least 2-4 years sales experience, preferably in lift & elevator / E&M / construction
2. Handle tenders, negotiation and closing deals
3. Fluent written & spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
4. Experience in customer relationship management and proficiency in effective communication and interpersonal skill
