Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company with a focus on medicine efficacy and medicine safety. They are continuously advancing and has a vision to offer top quality products for their customers to enhance their well-being and quality of life. They cordially invite high-calibre Scientist to join their R&D team. The position will be responsible for develop new products and reformulation /reprocess, tech transfer of products and works with analytical research team and cross functional teams. We are open for relocation from overseas candidates.

Your new role

• Maintain quality management system (QMS) which includes document control, change control & risk management system, etc.
• Participate in root cause analysis related to deviation and prepares the corresponding CAPA reports (Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions)
• Evaluate and maintains the vendor qualification program
• Handle product complaints and returns related to product quality
• Perform self-inspection in the premises regularly
• Provide quality related trainings and maintains the training database under the GMP quality system
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure cGMP is followed

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder or diploma holder in science subjects, preferably in Pharmaceutical Science, Food Science or Quality Management aspects
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in pharmaceutical/ FMCG
• Knowledge and experience in regulatory affairs and quality assurance in healthcare product, health supplement, Traditional Chinese Medicine would be an advantage
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer, Quality Assurance
