A Corporate Bank is looking for a Payment Operation Specialist to join their operation dept
Your new role
- Process incoming and outgoing payment transactions
- Liaise with BO and MO teams and participate in UAT testing when required
- Ensure the smoothness in the daily operation of the department
- Handle payments like TT, RTGS, FPS etc.
What you'll need to succeed
- Good communication skill in Cantonese, English and Putonghua (as phone confirmation with Front Office, banks and counterparties may be required)
- 3+ year of experience in payment / remittance / banking operations
- Good understanding of SWIFT
- Bachelor Degree in the related area
