Senior Officer/Assistant Manager - Business Analyst (Services Support)

Your new role
Direct report to Manager - Technical Service Management
Work closely with business Units to provide business solutions to address business needs
IT Incident/Request study and evaluation with different functional service levels and Business Units. Monthly Report of IT internal/Vendors Responsible for daily business operation analysis, include but not limited to following items: incident/request/project follow up, support workflow, functional team performance, deployment quality, etc. Generate business report based on above analysis
Help to build the infrastructure required for IT data extraction, mining, transformation and automation from various data sources as support service operation
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or related disciplines
Passion to make a difference, self-motivated, result-oriented with good business acumen, analytical skills
Strong communication skills for navigating through business requirements, ability to involve others in discussions of alternatives, asking for their suggestions and steering them to a mutually acceptable position
