Senior Officer/Assistant Manager - Business Analyst (Services Support)

Your new role

  • Direct report to Manager - Technical Service Management
  • Work closely with business Units to provide business solutions to address business needs
  • IT Incident/Request study and evaluation with different functional service levels and Business Units. Monthly Report of IT internal/Vendors Responsible for daily business operation analysis, include but not limited to following items: incident/request/project follow up, support workflow, functional team performance, deployment quality, etc. Generate business report based on above analysis
  • Help to build the infrastructure required for IT data extraction, mining, transformation and automation from various data sources as support service operation

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or related disciplines
    • Passion to make a difference, self-motivated, result-oriented with good business acumen, analytical skills
    • Strong communication skills for navigating through business requirements, ability to involve others in discussions of alternatives, asking for their suggestions and steering them to a mutually acceptable position
