Your new role
- Support the execution and logistic of various CRM programs and activations
- Closely monitor dashboard, conduct data analysis with data tools include but not limited to Power BI
- Responsible for customer acquisition and retention through marketing campaigns
- Provide insight for marketing team, propose effective marketing plan with purposes of CRM, loyalty and membership focus
- Prepare monthly CRM program reports, share and monitor the KPIs achievements
- Source, develop and implement local gifting to support client journey experience or festive promotion
What you'll need to succeed
- Solid 1-2 years of experiences in CRM marketing, loyalty program, membership marketing
- Prefer candidates with e-commerce/ online platform background
- Solid experience in power BI or other related data tools usage
- Proactive, strong in communication and number-driven
