Client:
Our client is a sizeable food, beverage and restaurant group in Hong Kong. It operates over 1,000+ outlets in Hong Kong, China, Cambodia and APAC regions. Currently they are looking for a CRM talent under Digital Marketing team.
Duties:
- Responsible for developing the CRM Strategy & Roadmap and running CRM Operations for Consumer. The incumbent will lead a team to oversee and manage all loyalty consumer’s CRM campaigns and activities to grow customer database and member sales as well as accelerate development in existing segments and expanding to new segments.
- Cross-brands offers management, e.g. marketing calendar, offer summary, execution and coordination
- Implement company-wide CRM and Customer Data initiatives and collaborate in Digital Projects [FT1] to advance Group’s Digital Transformation agenda.
- Responsible for UAT of the CRM, content management, website, shopping apps and other relevant marketing related systems.
- Manage and monitor data, provide marketing analysis, reports and strategy for cultivation, engagement and retention of members.
