This is a dynamic role where you and the team will work closely across business aligning distribution initiatives with regulatory and group requirements.

Your new role
You will work in a dynamic team in driving initiatives and projects with objective to streamline distribution processes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will be a business partner to key stakeholders and engage them with solutions to enhance the overall distribution controls and procedures including complaints surveillance and reporting.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have 10+ years of relevant experience from insurance industry, demonstrating knowledge in insurance products, operations and regulatory changes. Communication and engagement will be a key aspect of success as you will engage regularly with diverse businesses. You will need to manage time and delivery on initiatives seamlessly.
