Your new company
One of a leading international financial service provider is looking for a senior manager for their premium service centre. Aim to manage the daily centre operations and ensure the team to deliver outstand client service standard.

Your new role
  • Build up the service centre daily operations workflow and service guideline
  • Supervise staffs performance and professional customer servicing
  • Ensure entry proof verification, pending follow-up, document verification and payment under compliance
  • Conduct end to end planning and preparation for centre event
  • Perform QA to staffs for the service quality enhancement
  • Manage the relationship with internal and external working partners

What you'll need to succeed
  • Over 5 year customer service experience in service centre, at least 1-2 year supervision experience
  • Solid experience in servicing HNW customer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of insurance products
  • Candidate with IIQE paper 1,3,4,5 would be an advantage
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
