Senior Manager, HRIS, Sizable Company, High Base

Our client is looking for a high caliber to join their team for the business expansion.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Manage the HR digital transformation project, including but not limited to, HR process review and HRIS system implementation
  • Partner with key HR process owners to create process redesign, and identify automation opportunities that enhance the operational efficiency and employee experience
  • Manage the HRIS vendor selection and implementation process through engagement with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Be the subject matter expert of HRIS and key contact person for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective process delivery under the HRIS platforms and associated applications
  • Facilitate the continuous improvement of HR processes and automation projects
  • Participate in developing a wide range of HR data analytics and reporting, and providing people insights through HR data
  • Engage in data collection and analysis, and offer actionable analysis results to business managers
  • Undertake any other duties/special assignments/projects as directed by the Director, Human Resources or the General Manager, Human Resources & Administration

What you'll get in return
  • Degree in Human Resources Management / Information Systems / Statistics or Quantitative Analysis or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 8 years of working experience in HRIS field
  • Solid experience in HR system implementation and maintenance
  • Candidate with experience in transforming SAP to Oracle will have prior advantage
  • Ability to solve complex problems in a thoughtful and systematic manner
  • Experience in HR analytics and reporting and knowledge of analytics tools is an advantage
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English and Cantonese.
