Our client is looking for a high caliber to join their team for the business expansion.
What you'll need to succeed
Manage the HR digital transformation project, including but not limited to, HR process review and HRIS system implementation
Partner with key HR process owners to create process redesign, and identify automation opportunities that enhance the operational efficiency and employee experience
Manage the HRIS vendor selection and implementation process through engagement with both internal and external stakeholders
Be the subject matter expert of HRIS and key contact person for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective process delivery under the HRIS platforms and associated applications
Facilitate the continuous improvement of HR processes and automation projects
Participate in developing a wide range of HR data analytics and reporting, and providing people insights through HR data
Engage in data collection and analysis, and offer actionable analysis results to business managers
Undertake any other duties/special assignments/projects as directed by the Director, Human Resources or the General Manager, Human Resources & Administration
What you'll get in return
Degree in Human Resources Management / Information Systems / Statistics or Quantitative Analysis or related disciplines
Minimum of 8 years of working experience in HRIS field
Solid experience in HR system implementation and maintenance
Candidate with experience in transforming SAP to Oracle will have prior advantage
Ability to solve complex problems in a thoughtful and systematic manner
Experience in HR analytics and reporting and knowledge of analytics tools is an advantage
Good verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English and Cantonese.
