One of the largest Energy MNC is looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager to join their transformation programme in enhancing customer journey and experience.
Your new role
As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you are responsible for:
- Define customer omni-channel journey strategies to improve customer engagement by integrating the offline human touch with digital channels and offering differentiated omni-channel customer experience
- Design and map out unified customer journeys across servicing channels and multiple digital products
- Take initiative in becoming one of the Product Owners
- Leverage various new technologies and integrate them into existing digital products
What you'll need to succeed
- 10 years experience of customer experience and user-centric design across various digital products
- Expert in Project Management and Digital Product Management
- Extensive experience of building the holistic and end-to-end customer journey mapping from as-is situation to to-be stage leading to the service design blueprint for the organization
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
