Senior Manager acting as the team leader to develop and implement digital customer experience strategies

This energy & utility market leader is looking for an experienced digital customer journey expert (min.10 years of experiences) to lead the team. With an aggressive growth plan and the vision to become a better leader in its field, it continues to grow and expand their business across APAC region.

Your new role
As a leading member of the team, you will manage the group's digital customer experience strategy. Apart from leading the team in planning and implementing innovative strategies, you will also work with other departments to design products and methods to enhance omni-channel experiences. Performing customer analytics and designing AI chatbot are part of your job duties.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Ideally you will have at least 10 years of digital customer journey experience
  • Prior experience in leading and driving digital initiatives will be an advantage
  • An eye for detail and possessing excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep up on trends and understand needs of the market
