At Hays, we work with industry leaders to search for the best talent within Insurance. At the moment, my client is currently seeking for an experienced strategist to oversee various strategic product initiatives that will impact the organisation on a grand scale.

Your new role
Reporting to the Department Head, you will work within a specialised team, taking on Strategic Product Management. You will conduct research and market analysis to provide effective business solutions to stakeholders. Working with cross functional departments, you will lead multiple projects leading to the growth and development of the operational structure.

What you'll need to succeed
This role will require at least 5+ years’ relevant Product Development or Product Management within Insurance. A strong background within General Insurance, Employee Benefits or Health products. Communication in both English and Chinese will be needed, spoken and written.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for Manager.
