Your new company
Our client is a global leading banking company with branches in many countries and jurisdictions. They are currently seeking a lawyer with banking and financial regulatory experience to join their business.
Your new role
- Handle structured transactions, other local market access products, financial deals and related documents
- Understand the regulatory requirements of multi-jurisdiction and negotiate on documents with clients
- Manage and prioritising key jurisdictions for business development and key clients
- Assist in crypto-currency and digital related matters, programs, product development and structures addressing capital adequacy and risk-weighted asset requirements when necessary
What you'll need to succeed
- LLB or JD with 4 to 8 years relevant work experience in law firm or financial institution
- Experienced in rates, currencies, credit derivatives and financial regulatory
- Good interpersonal skills, confident and independent
