Your new role
- Provide support& troubleshooting on Software, PC & Server
- Give support to network changes and assist in project implementation, including system testing, training, support and maintenance
- Perform hardware & software upgrades and conduct regular hardware maintenance
- Revise technical documentation and prepare IT related reports

What you'll need to succeed
- Eager to explore and adopt new technologies
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Being reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented
- Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills - Experience in hotel IT operation is an advantage
