Your new role
This position reports into the Head of HR Transformation and your role is to identify, govern and manage the HR Transformation initiatives covering the new HR Operating model and technology implementation. You will partner with HR leaders and HR teams to recognise and assess change management impacts as well as monitor and support enhancements for the whole HR Transformation change process. As part of a core member of the HR Transformation team, you will demonstrate expertise in project planning, project execution and risk management as well as govern the HR integrated roadmap aligned to the overall business transformation.
What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you need to possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent
- 12-15 years' experience with HR Project Management, HR Operations and HR Change Management
- Experience in successfully managing and embedding a major change programme
- Experience in planning and managing the change transition from as-is to to-be for people, processes and technology
- Strong understanding of the Project development cycle
- Strong influencing capabilities and excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of organization, managing risk and decision-making skills
- Digital savvy and proficiency in MS Office applications
