- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including but not limited to total rewards, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management and talent development across different regional offices
- Act as a business partner to Senior Management and Sites’ General Managers on talent management
- Formulate HR policies and procedures at Group level, standardize the existing policies and practices, and implement HR best practices
- Prepare HR reports for Senior Management review
- In-charge of HR digitalization at Group level
- Oversee day-to day operation management of HR activities in Hong Kong & APAC regions
- Perform and implement annual or semi-annual or quarter cycles including performance evaluation, salary benchmark, bonus proposal, etc
- Responsible for employee relation, HR events, CSR and corporate branding programs
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
What you'll get in return
- Degree holder with 15+ year's human resources experience dealing with different department leads
- Fully conversant with the employment legislations in Hong Kong
- Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
- Confident, independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge on HR functional skills with strong business acumen is an added advantage
